If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to make an exchange or a refund of your product within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.

In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged during transportation or wrong product delivered to you then you must email us at info@ziyanas.com within 48 hours of receiving your your order. Obviously, we will provide you further instruction to process the return. It will be easy for us to process your return if you mention in your email the order number, SKU code and reason for returning the product.

All clothing purchase must return within 3 business days of purchase. 
Shipping costs is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we make any errors.
