Q: What is next after I placed an order?

We will send you pictures of the item(s) that you ordered through www.ziyanas.com. Q: I have placed an order, when will I receive it?
A: All our products are ready to ship. Most orders will be dispatched within 48 hours (2 business days). If your order contains multiple items or an item you ordered need more alteration, your order will be dispatched within 96 hours (4 business days).

A: Ziyanas Fashion House only work with reputed shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Your order will be dispatched through one of these reputed shipping carriers. A: We would recommend dry cleaning all embellished and silk outfits. Outfits of cotton/digital print should only be washed in cold water.

A: We do believe in 100% Customer Satisfaction. In case of any defect or damage or any error from our side in the delivered item, we have an option for replacement. Please click on at our return policy regarding this matter.
